👋Welcome to our pSEO crash course
Hi! Glad to have you here.
The first version of this course was launched in late 2023/early 2024. Just a couple of months went by since that first version - but in the land of SEO, that's equivalent to 10-15 years.
Aside from dozens of little changes we've made to keep this course fresh & relevant, there's a major difference between v1. and v2. Namely, the fact that this content is no longer gated. Enjoy, no strings attached!

What's programmatic SEO?
Programmatic SEO is a type of SEO strategy that makes it possible to create content at scale, cost-effectively and predictably. Programmatic content is built by curating a database and delivering this curated data through a layout to address specific user queries. This layout is designed to accommodate the data while providing a unique and valuable user experience.
Programmatic content:
Shares the same general structure
Targets similar, but different and specific user needs
Isn't produced manually (even if its source material is)
What's programmatic SEO used for?
Programmatic SEO tends to be used for:
Creating and scaling directories
Producing custom content for account-based marketing
Creating geotargeted landing pages
Curating frequently asked questions
Creating comparison pages
Delivering specific qualitative data at scale
Great programmatic SEO examples
During this course, we’ll use an imaginary project called “TheWPList” to add hands-on examples to each lesson. But we’ll also refer to some amazing programmatic SEO examples, such as:
The components of a winning SEO strategy
These elements are:
Purpose
A head term
Data
A content template
A design template
These five elements will serve as the backbone of this course. We'll tackle programmatic SEO piece by piece, through these elements.
In the next lesson, we'll cover the role of Purpose in your programmatic SEO strategy.
